RechargedWash Service Agreement

By booking or using RechargedWash, LLC services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which form a legal agreement between you and RechargedWash, LLC (“Contractor,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any service booking.

Access to Vehicle & Service Area

RechargedWash provides mobile detailing services without the need for external water or electricity. However, clients must ensure safe and lawful access to the vehicle and its surroundings. Failure to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time may result in additional fees as specified in the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours notice: No fee
  • 24-48 hours notice: $50 cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: $100 cancellation fee
  • No call / No show: Full service amount charged (up to $250)
  • Client not present or vehicle inaccessible: Full service amount charged (up to $250)

RechargedWash reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. Gift certificate appointments follow the same cancellation policy.

Appointment Arrival Time

Our technicians aim to arrive within a 60-120 minute window from the scheduled time, factoring in traffic or other exceptional circumstances. In such cases, RechargedWash will notify you of any potential delays. Your patience is appreciated.

Vehicle Access & Service Quality

By booking our services, you agree to provide RechargedWash personnel access to your vehicle, including keys, to perform detailing or cosmetic services. RechargedWash strives to deliver services to a high standard, ensuring both the interior and exterior are detailed thoroughly. Should you have any concerns about the service quality, you must communicate them within 24 hours of completion. RechargedWash is not liable for concerns raised after this time or if the client does not participate in the final inspection.

Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability

RechargedWash will document pre-existing damage prior to starting any service. We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions of the vehicle. Should any damage occur while in our care, we will notify you immediately. RechargedWash provides no guarantees or warranties on outcomes or results. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Fees, Payment & Additional Charges

The total fee for services is indicated at the time of booking. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service and can be made via Credit Card, Debit, or Cash. Should the job exceed the estimated scope by more than 20%, RechargedWash will confirm any additional fees with you before proceeding.

  • Extra Charges: A minimum fee of $50 per additional 30 minutes may apply if the job takes significantly longer than anticipated due to extra cleaning needs (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, hazardous materials). We will notify you before applying extra charges.
  • Late Payments: Late payments are subject to a 10% surcharge, plus 0.5% daily interest until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Hazardous Materials

Clients must disclose any hazardous materials or substances (e.g., vomit, blood, urine, feces) inside the vehicle prior to service. Failure to disclose such substances will result in a minimum surcharge of 20% for hazardous material handling.

Mandatory Gratuity

If the client is unavailable for the final inspection at the end of the job, a 10% mandatory gratuity will be added to the total service cost. This fee is non-negotiable if the client does not inspect the vehicle with the technician post-service.

Feedback & Media Usage

RechargedWash values client feedback. Please reach out to us at support@rechargedwash.com or 615-905-6615 for any comments or concerns. By booking our services, you agree that RechargedWash may use before-and-after photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless you expressly request otherwise in writing.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. By booking and using RechargedWash services, you certify that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle's legal owner and that you are at least 18 years of age. You also agree to indemnify and hold RechargedWash harmless from any claims arising from your lack of authority to enter into this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

RechargedWash does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the total dollar amount of the service provided. All sales are final, and RechargedWash reserves the right to charge for any additional services beyond the original agreement.

Changes to This Agreement

RechargedWash reserves the right to modify this Service Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the client to review these terms prior to booking future services.
