Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are part of the agreement between RechargedWash, LLC ("RechargedWash") and all users or guests ("Users") who utilize our car detailing services. By booking through our website, phone, or any other method, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Service Packages

RechargedWash reserves the right to update or modify our service offerings and pricing at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on our website, www.rechargedwash.com, and will take effect immediately.

Payment Terms

Payments for services rendered are due upon completion. RechargedWash accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. Should a payment method be declined, we may request an alternate form of payment. In cases where the payment is unresolved after 48 hours, RechargedWash reserves the right to initiate a collection process.

Appointment Terms

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, and any other items from the vehicle prior to service. RechargedWash is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property within the vehicle or the service location. Services are performed at the customer’s own risk, and the vehicle must be suitable for standard cleaning procedures. Any damage claims arising from our services will be limited to the cost of the detailing service. RechargedWash may request debit or credit card details to secure bookings, and all payments will be processed through HousecallPro.com.

Additional Charges

RechargedWash reserves the right to charge an additional hourly rate of $50 (or proportionate part thereof) for services exceeding the agreed-upon scope. A minimum surcharge of 20% will apply to jobs that involve hazardous materials such as urine, vomit, blood, or feces.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $40 fee. This fee compensates our technicians for lost time and opportunity.

Satisfaction Guarantee

In the event that a service is incomplete or does not meet the expected standards, RechargedWash will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of the service completion via phone (615-905-6615), email (support@rechargedwash.com), or text. Photos of the affected area should be submitted within 24 hours as well.

Appointment Time

Our technicians aim to arrive within a 30-90 minute window from the scheduled appointment time. In cases of unexpected delays due to traffic or other exceptional circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Coupons & Referral Program

RechargedWash may offer referral programs that allow you to earn credits toward future services by sharing a referral link with friends or family. The referred customer must be new to RechargedWash and must use the referral link to sign up. Credits and coupons cannot be combined.

Website Terms of Use

By accessing RechargedWash’s website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the site.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to the Terms

RechargedWash may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
